Chosen Adoption Marathon

Isa got to take part in her first volunteer activity by handing out water at the Inaugural Chosen Adoption Marathon in New Braunfels...she also got to hang out with her new friend Boston, Bernie and Leslie's little man...

Halloween fun and other random things...

Isa absolutely loved Halloween this year...she definitely understood the idea of going out and asking for candy from anyone!! She wore her costume proudly, even though anytime you asked her what she was going to be for Halloween she would say "a pony!" Isa dressed up as two things this year...She got to put on some kitty ears for her school costume, then dressed as a Garden Gnome with her mom and dad for Trick-O-Treating Halloween night... Isa got to go Trick-O-Treating with her best friend Bella, who was Little Red Riding Hood. She also got to go play in a pumpkin patch with her friend Stone. They took pictures and picked out their pumpkin to carve at home. The kids actually loved the little ones more than the bigger ones...

End of summer...

Isa's had a full end of summer...she's been busy visiting with family, swimming every chance she gets, and just enjoying being a gorgeous little girl...Here are a few pictures of her visit with her Titi Mariela (my sister), her Tio, and her cousins Papo (Roman) and Nini (Sofia)...

The next few pictures are from our visit to the Houston Children's Museum...what an incredible place...I really think the "big kids" had more fun than the kids did...enjoy...

This was an incredible three story high maze that Isa did all by herself...We were really glad she was able to do it herself cause there was no way either one of us would have fit in there!!

Life lately...

One of her favorite places to be this summer has been Schlitterbahn...she definitely has enjoyed the slides and just swimming!! She's had a great floatie to help teach her how to swim and is doing great in the water!!

Isa's had some great visits with her family this summer...she spend a whole week with Granna and Great Grandma and Grandpa...she spent another week recently with Cita and Papa and got to spend some good time with her cousin Maya and aunt and uncle...They also came to visit her...here are a few pics of their recent visit to New Braunfels...

She's a fish...

We recently took a trip to Moody Gardens and played in the pool...we found Isa a great flotation device and she took to swimming in mere seconds...she is not proficient at turning herself in the water and getting from location A to B with a few kicks of the legs...she's definitely going to be the kid that swims the whole river in town!!
